Answer: It is a brown top with white bottom plastic

Answer: Haven’t done a winter yet but my presumption is yes. Roof is corrugated plastic. Has been watertight in rain.

Question: How does this anchor to the ground for permanent installation?
Answer: It has clips that go pretty deep - ours is very stable
