Answer:6gb for 128gb version, 8gb for 256gb version and this is the snapdragon 865+ unit.

Question:can you text and e-mail with the galexy s7 tablet
Answer:Yes on all. You can text, personally I use Android Messages, it's seamless through my phone from my Tab S7 and I have the WiFi version so no sim card.

Question:does this work with wireless charging?
Answer:Doesn't support wireless charging.

Question:How do you enable wi-fi calling on this device? i can't find it
Answer:I've found that when you pull down the notifications bar from the top & swipe over to the left to the 2nd page you can call & text on other devices like it will use your Tablet like your cell phone. Switch your phone to WiFi calling & enable call & text on other devices then you can use your Tablet like a phone.

Question:Does this have a SIM slot?
Answer:The Tab S7/S7+ cellular models have a SIM slot built with the Micro SD Card tray.
