Question:how does it turn, by weight shifting or the old fashioned way of turning the handle? Does it have a brake?

Answer:Weight shifting. Only has brake when you have it set up in scooter mode(step on break on back wheel.

Question:How do you turn the wheels ? Or the kid can go only straight forward ?
